SnapTik does not store content

Before submitting a complaint, it is necessary to understand clearly: SnapTik does not store any videos, photos, or audio on its servers. The service works by relaying links from TikTok/Douyin servers to the user's device — no backup or distribution of content.

If your content appears on TikTok/Douyin, please contact TikTok directly to request removal. SnapTik does not control content on that platform.

If your content appears in another way directly on snaptik.vn, the process below applies.

To submit a valid removal request, your notice must include all of the following information (according to Article 198 of the Intellectual Property Law 2022 and 17 USC § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Contact Information — full name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Work Description — clearly describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; if possible, provide a URL to the legal original.
  3. Infringing Content Location — the URL or specific description of the location of the infringing content on snaptik.vn.
  4. Good Faith Statement — a statement that you have a reasonable basis to believe that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement — a statement that the information in the complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Send the notice via the Contact page.

Notices lacking information or unclear will not be processed.

Processing procedure

After receiving a valid complaint:

  1. We review and verify the information within 5–10 working days.
  2. If the complaint is well-founded, we take appropriate technical action and notify you.
  3. In complex cases, we may request additional evidence.

Counter-Notice

If you are a user and believe that content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice with all of the following information:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. Description of the processed content and previous location.
  3. A statement based on reasonable grounds that the content was processed by mistake.
  4. Agreement with the jurisdiction of the competent court.
  5. Your signature.

Abuse of Complaint Process

Submitting false complaints or for the purpose of unfair competition may be handled under Article 198b of the Intellectual Property Law 2022 and related legal regulations on abuse of rights.

Repeat Violations

Users who violate copyright repeatedly, after being warned, may be denied access to the Service.
