By accessing or using snaptik.vn ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SnapTik provides a free online tool to support downloading videos, photos, and audio from the TikTok/Douyin platform. The Service does not store content on its servers — the entire transmission process occurs directly between the TikTok server and the user's device.

SnapTik is not affiliated with, authorized by, or in any relationship with ByteDance, TikTok, or Douyin.

2. Conditions of Use

Users commit to using the Service for the right purposes and complying with Vietnamese law, including but not limited to:

• Cybersecurity Law 2018 — do not use the Service to post or distribute false information, infringe upon national security, slander, or insult individuals or organizations.
• Intellectual Property Law 2022 and Decree 17/2023/ND-CP — downloaded content is only for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, distributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting third-party content without the consent of the copyright owner is a violation of the law.
• Electronic Transactions Law 2023 — do not perform fraudulent, fake, or destructive acts against the system during the use of the Service.
• Consumer Protection Law 2023 — do not use the Service to deceive or harm other consumers.

Users must not:

• Automate access (bots, crawlers, scripts) without written permission.
• Attempt to disable, attack, or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to download content that violates privacy, defames, or insults others.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The interface, source code, trademarks, and branding elements of SnapTik are our property and are protected under Vietnamese law. Content downloaded by users from TikTok remains the property of the original authors — SnapTik does not grant any additional rights to that content.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is." SnapTik does not guarantee the continuity, accuracy, or completeness of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTik is not responsible for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Content downloaded by users and how they use that content.
• Policy changes from TikTok/ByteDance that cause the Service not to work as expected.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Copyright Content

SnapTik is a technical tool — we do not create, store, or control the content downloaded by users.

Full legal responsibility for the use of content after downloading rests with the user. Specifically:

• Videos, photos, and audio downloaded from TikTok/Douyin remain the copyright of the original author. SnapTik does not grant any additional usage rights for that content.
• Users bear full responsibility if they use downloaded content for commercial purposes, public distribution, republication, editing, or any purpose that violates the intellectual property rights of the content owner.
• SnapTik is not responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal consequences arising from the user's misuse of downloaded content.
• The use of the Service does not mean SnapTik confirms the legality of any specific use of content.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved at the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

We may update these Terms as necessary. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
