We do not collect: name, email, phone number, password, ID number, or any other personally identifiable information unless you actively provide it via the contact form.

6. Overseas data transfer

Some of our infrastructure providers place servers outside the territory of Vietnam. This data transfer complies with the regulations in Article 25 of Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP — we only use partners who guarantee a level of data protection equivalent to or higher than the requirements of Vietnamese law.

7. Protection of children's data

The Service is not intended for persons under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from children under 13, we will delete it immediately upon notification.

8. Data security incidents

In the event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify competent authorities within 72 hours according to Article 23 of Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, and notify affected users as soon as possible.

When the policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be updated. For important changes affecting your rights, we will notify you clearly on the website before the change takes effect.
